What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)

We just recently update our website and now we are currently looking to create some images to help brand some of our programs to make them more readily identifiable.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a few ideas, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some images available, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to continue to invest in our programs and further support on our organizational infrastructure.

Branding our programs to align with our website and will help to make the programs more identifiable. Hope fully draw additional audiences to the work we do.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

The Guild Literary Complex is a 30-year-old grassroots literary arts organization creating performance-based events in and around the Chicagoland area.
